Then we build a narrative that is coherent, specific and genuinely yours — one you can defend with confidence under pressure. I've spent seven years at Citi in EMEA, progressed to AVP, and later went to London Business School as a Merit Scholar, with an Executive Leadership Programme at Oxford's Blavatnik School along the way. I subsequently cleared the case interviews and interned at BCG, reached advanced rounds at other leading consulting firms, and now work in post-merger integration at Accenture following a live M&A deal. This gives me current, hands-on exposure to both strategy and execution — not just knowledge from a previous career. I also know what it is like to take a non-traditional route. I studied Natural Sciences at UCL before moving into banking, business school and consulting. That experience shapes how I coach: your unconventional background doesn't need to be explained away. Done properly, it can become one of the strongest parts of your story. I work with candidates worldwide, with particular experience supporting international applicants and professionals from the Gulf and emerging markets. I speak Arabic and have spent years working with individuals from the GCC.
