I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey throughout my application to Columbia Business School's January-Entry MBA program, where I was ultimately admitted. What I appreciated most about Kelsey was her ability to understand my background, ambitions, and the very particular challenges of my candidacy, and translate them into a very thoughtful, clear, and cohesive application strategy. Coming from a nontraditional background, I especially valued her perspective on how to articulate my experiences and knowledge, address potential weaknesses, Her guidance extended well beyond essay editing. She helped me refine my career narrative, prepare for my interview, navigate the uncertainty of the process, and approach each stage with confidence and proficiency. Above all her attitude was excellent. She was candid when something needed improvement, attentive to detail, and consistently thoughtful in her recommendations. Overall the process was genuinely collaborative. I always felt that my own voice, judgment, and aspirations remained central to the application. I am sincerely grateful for her time and care. I would recommend Kelsey to anyone seeking a highly strategic, highly perceptive, and deeply committed MBA admissions coach.

Achint was incredibly helpful in preparing me for my second-round Bain interview, and I don’t think I could have gotten the offer without his help. With numerous different coaching options on the site, it can be somewhat overwhelming to choose which coach to utilize. Jeremy is hands-down the best coach on the site, and I don't think it's particularly close. As an undergraduate from a non-target school with zero (0) direct placements into MBB before me, Jeremy completely supported my journey from building my resume to landing my dream offer at McKinsey. He quite literally helped me achieve something that has never been done before at my school. I scheduled my first intro call with Jeremy with no casing experience at all, and he completely guided my journey the entire way through. His approach isn't scripted nor predetermined but instead highly adaptive to your strengths and weaknesses. When I struggled with frameworks, our sessions became tailored towards addressing the weaknesses in my approach towards frameworking. When I started to struggle with exhibits, our sessions became tailored towards addressing those weaknesses as well. This coaching style makes a world of a difference because casing isn't a one-size-fits-all formula that can be applied to every single study but rather a thoughtful process that must be developed and molded to fit each unique business situation. No one else helped me develop and understand that better than Jeremy did. I get it. Case coaching is a huge investment, and the end result isn't a crystal clear guarantee when you're starting out. But, working with Jeremy is the single best investment you can make and certainly the best choice I've ever made!

Jeniffer was a great help in bumping up my SAT English score. She worked with me to break down any of my problems and identifying the key patterns in my mistakes.

Cesar did an incredible job supporting my MBA application process from start to finish. He is sharp, creative, and was committed to getting to know my story on a deeper level. I am amazed by how detail oriented Cesar is. He was able to provide laser-focused feedback on my essays, resume, etc. and wouldn’t stop iterating until each word was perfect. He also was flexible with timing and helped me stay on track with my applications by creating a custom schedule for me. In the end, I was accepted into all MBA programs that I applied to, including HBS, Wharton, Sloan, and Tuck. I would not hesitate to recommend Cesar to my friends/family applying to MBA programs. After spending about 10 sessions with Joanna, I felt really confident with my PEIs and my casing. I came from a background with no casing at all and was able to land an offer at McKinsey! We worked on the foundations at first and ran several thorough drills. Later on, we had a session focused fully on the PEIs and thinking about my stories which was incredibly helpful. Joanna gave me honest feedback and was very upfront about what I could work on. Overall, she was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend!

Kate was so much more than an interview coach for me. She was incredibly empathetic, understanding, and encouraging throughout the entire process, and she believed in me during moments when I was struggling to believe in myself. Her resources were excellent, but what really set her apart was the way she showed up as a person. She knew when to challenge me, when to help me simplify my thinking, and when I just needed someone to remind me that I was capable. I came into the Capital One process interviewing for a Manager role and ultimately matched with a Senior Manager, Product Management opportunity. Kate helped me communicate my experience with more clarity and confidence, but more importantly, she helped me see the strength in my own background. I’m genuinely grateful for her support and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone going through a high-stakes interview or career transition.
