I passed all 8 consulting and tech interviews I sat during my MBA at NYU Stern, including BCG, where I went on to work as a consultant. I didn't stumble into that outcome. I prepared obsessively, analyzed what worked and what didn't, and built a system from the ground up. That system became Custom Case Coach. Since leaving BCG I've coached 1,000+ consulting candidates across every background, firm, and geography imaginable. I've trained consultants at Big 4 firms, run workshops at universities such as NYU Stern, Michigan Ross, Princeton, and Imperial College, and built a preparation program that has helped candidates land offers at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, and every major firm globally. Impressing in the behavioral (very firm specific--McKinsey's PEI is the most infamous and I'm a specialist at this).
