I worked at Citadel as a long/short equities investor on a pod covering Industrials, Technology and Financials, after pivoting from a non-investment role at BCG into the world's leading multi-strategy pod shop. I spent 19 years trading fixed income and equity futures at institutional level. I've lived every psychological trap this industry throws at you: drawdowns, position sizing under pressure, the paralysis after a losing streak, the overconfidence after a good run. I'm not a psychologist who read about trading. I've been in the chair at the level you're operating at and I've felt those same emotions.

I can coach the following with a high success rate as I have been doing this job for 12 years: (1) credit skill building block - suitable for those looking to become a good credit investors - unlike the run of the mill modeling coaches, I can also coach reading credit agreements, thinking about risks in credit investing, pitching ideas, (2) case study - if you have a case study and need some help looking it over, I can evaluate it based on the lens of someone who's evaluating investment ideas as a job, (3) promotion prep - as a senior investment professional who has been responsible for hiring / promotion, I can help you map out a real way to get promoted, with a very high success rate especially at associate - VP level. This would usually require us to connect 12 months ahead of your ideal promotion timeline to design a plan leading up to the promotion decision. I'm focused on credit - I don't do PE, public equity, etc. etc., but I focus on what I do and I'm good at what I do.
