I am an AI executive with more than 25 years of experience leading technology transformation across enterprise organizations, with the past eight years focused specifically on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large-scale automation. I currently lead enterprise AI delivery for a top-10 global corporate and investment bank, where I work directly with business and technology leadership to define AI strategy, implement generative AI solutions, and build governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption. In addition to my executive role, I teach graduate-level AI and machine learning programs at leading universities, helping professionals translate complex AI concepts into real-world applications. Across my career, I have built and led enterprise AI capabilities, hired and mentored AI talent, and advised senior executives on AI strategy, organizational design, and transformation. I work with B2B software and AI founders from pre-seed through Series A on product and customer decisions. If you've built a promising demo but aren't sure who will pay for it, or every pilot is turning into a custom project, bring the situation and we'll work through it together. We'll look at the customer problem, the scope of the first product, and what to test next. I led product for an AI/ML platform at Elevance Health and earlier worked on SAP's natural language processing products. My advice draws on that product leadership experience and years of working with founders. Sessions focus on product direction and commercial judgment. For coding lessons, model training, or engineering interview preparation, a specialist engineering coach would be a better fit.
