Hi! My name is Alex. I work at LinkedIn, because my mission in life is to help people make career decisions and find jobs that make them happy - every day. I have 15 years of experience in many tech companies, from tiny San Francisco startups to management roles at Meta and LinkedIn. I want to make sure that I deliver value to professionals working with me. This is why I got my Career Advisor certification from IACA. Dozens of professionals worked with me to shape their dreams and make them reality.

I have 15 years of experience in DS/Analytics and 5 years of hands-on management experience leading teams at Meta and LinkedIn. Data Science is a new, complex and fast-changing field. My mission is to help young people entering the tech industry understand the opportunities, choose the direction and get where they want to be. I am a certified Career Advisor (IACA).
Why do I coach?
There's a unique sense of accomplishment in watching professionals grow and become happier at work. Career coaching is very rewarding, and it's something I genuinely enjoy doing. I wish everyone had someone in their life to guide them through tough career decisions and encourage to do what's best for them.
