Description
This is 1:1 coaching for individuals who are curious about AI work and want to know where they fit. It is not consulting for companies or teams. Before we meet: - A short intake form: your background, what draws you to AI, and the roles you've been looking at. The session (60 minutes, live on video): - We map the AI roles that fit your background, like strategy, operations, product, solutions, or customer-facing roles at AI-native companies. - We look at what each one actually asks for, and where you already have the experience. - We name the one gap that matters most and how to close it without a technical degree. After the session (within 48 hours): - A short written summary: your best-fit roles, your strongest selling points, and your next three moves. You'll leave knowing whether AI work is right for you, which door to aim for, and what to do this week.

Into AI without a technical background, from someone who did it
I came into AI sideways. In January 2026 I was a consultant at BCG with no technical background. I saw an app someone had built with Claude Code, signed up that day, and built my first app on the side. When I showed it to a colleague, he told me BCG had a team doing exactly this. I joined BCG's Applied AI team, co-led an AI agent that's now required on about 500 cases a year, and was promoted to Applied AI Lead and then Project Leader. When I posted about it, AI startups started reaching out, and I left to become the Founding AI Transformation Strategist at Scribe. So I know the non-technical path into AI work because I just walked it: which roles fit a strategy or operations background, how to build proof without an engineering degree, and how to tell the story so AI-native companies take you seriously. I still build my own AI workflows every week, and I teach people to build their first one. This coaching is for individuals and their own careers, not for companies or teams.
