About
I'm the founder and Chief Innovation Architect of Atelligen Consulting Group, an Atlanta-based advisory firm focused on AI governance and workforce strategy. I bring more than 20 years of leadership across Fortune 5 and high-growth organizations. Eight of those years were at Amazon. I started in advertising, then moved into global HR, talent acquisition and innovation roles across Amazon Ads, Devices, AGI, and Global Entertainment. I specialize in building spaces where careers move forward. At Amazon I produced SHINE, the company's first Black women's executive leadership summit, along with Amazon's first virtual recruiting event and Amazon in the City, an HBCU alumni networking series. Today I co-lead SheLevels, a networking and speaker series, and co-produce OFFSIDE, a curated AI governance salon. I am a certified AI consultant and hold AWS AI Governance and AI/ML for Leaders credentials. I work with clients who want to land roles or grow in big tech, build careers in HR and talent, or lead with confidence in an AI-driven workplace.

Why do I coach?
Mentors shaped every major turn in my career. At Amazon, a senior leader taught me how decisions actually got made, how to read the organization, and where my work fit within the larger business. Since 2022, a coach has helped me translate two decades of corporate experience into the foundation for my own firm. Both relationships gave me perspective I could not have reached as quickly on my own. That experience shapes how I coach. I want the people I work with to have access to the context, pattern recognition, and practical insight that took me years to build. I know how hiring and talent decisions get made inside complex organizations. I know what leaders are listening for, what can strengthen a candidate’s position, and where strong professionals can unintentionally get in their own way. My role is to make that knowledge accessible sooner, so people can walk into important conversations with greater clarity, stronger positioning, and a better understanding of how to navigate the room.
