About

I’ve spent more than 20 years working in marketing, content, digital and social strategy, advising global brands and senior leaders and helping organizations figure out what they want to say, who they need to reach, and how to get there. I started my career in journalism and digital media, moved into social and content strategy, and eventually found myself working at a senior level at Fortune 500 companies.. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with global brands and fast-growing technology organizations, including Global Payments, Franklin Templeton, Realtor.com, The Dodo and Sprout Social. I’ve advised more than 25 enterprise organizations across industries ranging from financial services and technology to professional services and consumer brands. My experience is intentionally broad. I’ve built and scaled global social and employee advocacy programs, developed content and brand strategies, advised C-suite executives on thought leadership and communications, led teams and agencies, managed complex stakeholder relationships, and helped organizations navigate launches, acquisitions, crises and major shifts in the digital landscape. I’ve also delivered measurable business impact—from driving significant increases in engagement and audience growth to helping generate substantial website traffic, reduce hundreds of thousands of dollars in vendor costs, and develop programs adopted across global organizations. What ties all of that work together is a talent for seeing the bigger picture. I’m particularly good at taking complicated problems, finding the through-line, and turning them into a clear strategy and an actionable path forward. That same combination of strategic thinking, storytelling, business perspective and practical problem-solving is what I bring to career coaching.

Why do I coach?

My career path has been a winding one, which is why I’m drawn to career coaching. As a first-gen college student, my own career has involved plenty of questioning, reinvention and figuring out how to level up as it unfolded. I know what it feels like to look at your experience and impact and think, I know I’m capable of more—but I’m not sure what “more” looks like. I know what it’s like to wonder whether you’re too far along in your career to make a change, to feel boxed in by the thing you’ve become known for, or to struggle to explain how all of your seemingly unrelated experience actually fits together. Those are the people I especially love working with. I can help you step back from the noise and get clear on what you want next, identify the strengths and experience you may be overlooking, explore career paths that actually make sense for you, and figure out how to tell your story in a way that opens doors. I’m not a fan of generic career advice or forcing yourself into someone else’s definition of success. Your career needs to work for your life, your priorities and the person you’re becoming—not just look good on paper. My approach is strategic, but it’s also very human. I’ll ask a lot of questions, challenge you when I think you’re playing too small, help you untangle the messy parts, and give you practical next steps when you’re ready to move. And if you’re feeling stuck, I want you to know something I’ve learned firsthand: You probably have more options than you think. You don’t necessarily need to start over. Sometimes you just need to see your experience—and yourself—differently.
