Wayfinder AI Consulting

March 2026 - Present

• Advise owners and executives on AI adoption strategy — identifying high-impact use cases, sequencing what to implement first, and defining how success will be measured before any tool is selected • Coach clients one-on-one through the practical realities of adoption: where resistance shows up, which workflows to change first, and how to build internal momentum without a dedicated technology team • Serve business owners across insurance, medical aesthetics, and professional services — leaders who must make AI decisions without a CIO, an AI budget, or an internal expert to lean on • Design and deliver AI literacy programs, including "AI Step by Step," a five-week progressive series moving teams from fundamentals through prompting, tool selection, and workflow integration • Build the durable assets a transformation needs to survive: prompt libraries, playbooks, job aids, and documented workflows that outlast the engagement • Configure and document AI-assisted workflows and automations across CRM, marketing, and client-communication systems (GoHighLevel, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) • Earned Certified AI Consultant credential with a 97/100 capstone documenting an AI-assisted client proposal workflow that cut production time by 60% • Continuously evaluate emerging models and agentic tooling to advise clients on real capability rather than vendor positioning
