Experience level: Manager
Welcome! Successful project management requires more than schedules, budgets, and processes. It requires strong leadership, disciplined execution, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they affect results. I bring extensive experience leading complex projects and programs across utilities, aerospace, defense, and military operations. As a former Senior Manager of Gas Major Projects at Avangrid, I oversaw more than 53 major capital projects across six business units and three states, with annual budgets exceeding $75 million. At McKinsey & Company, I work with organizations to improve project execution, operational performance, governance, and delivery effectiveness. My experience includes project planning and scheduling, portfolio governance, earned value management, risk management, resource planning, performance improvement, and recovery planning. I've worked with tools and methodologies including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, Power BI, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile approaches. I'm also a Certified Executive Coach with more than 500 hours of coaching experience, 125 hours of ICF Level 2 coaching education, and the Navy's Level 4 Certified Coach qualification (AQD 298). Whether you're an aspiring project manager, an experienced program leader facing complex delivery challenges, or a professional preparing to lead larger portfolios, my coaching combines practical project leadership experience with structured coaching techniques to help you strengthen your capabilities, navigate challenges, and deliver results.
