In this personalized, one-on-one coaching package, we’ll identify a useful starting workflow, work through setup together, and configure your Dot around your priorities. Rather than a generic product walkthrough, we’ll focus on what you want to accomplish and how the tool fits into your day-to-day work.

A 90-minute live setup session: Work through setup and configuration together over screen share.
Workflow planning: Choose one initial workflow, such as preparing meeting briefs, organizing follow-ups, or tracking project updates, based on available functionality.
Personalized instructions: Define your Dot’s responsibilities, preferred output formats, communication style, and operating boundaries.
Connection guidance: Configure relevant supported integrations available to your account, with you controlling sign-ins and permissions

Written handoff: Receive your configuration notes, reusable instructions, and a checklist for managing and improving your setup.

One-on-one virtual coaching delivered through a 90-minute live video session with screen sharing, supported by a pre-session intake and a written follow-up. You’ll operate your own account while I guide the setup, explain configuration decisions, and help test your first workflow. Please arrive with access to your account and any tools you want to connect. You will not need to share passwords. Coaching style My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on a specific outcome. We start with the work you want to simplify, then configure the tool around that goal. I explain each decision in plain language so you understand how to maintain your setup yourself. We’ll prioritize a focused, testable workflow over a complicated configuration, with clear permissions and realistic expectations for what the agent can do.
Account access: Please confirm that Dots is available in your account before booking. You are responsible for any required subscriptions and third-party software costs. Session preparation: Complete the intake questions and have access to the accounts you want to connect before our first session. You will control all sign-ins and permissions; sharing passwords is not required. Scope: This package includes the coaching sessions, service hours, and deliverables listed in your selected package size. Custom development, unsupported integrations, and ongoing agent management are not included. Communication: I respond to package-related messages within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Messaging is for scheduling and brief clarifications; additional implementation work requires a separate booking. Deliverables: Written notes and resources will be provided within three business days after the relevant session. Scheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting a schedule change. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable Leland policies. Product limitations: Features and integrations may change. If a planned workflow is unavailable, we’ll use the remaining session time to configure a supported alternative aligned with your goals. Results and oversight: Coaching does not guarantee specific time savings, revenue, or error-free outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated work and approving sensitive actions. Privacy: Please avoid sharing confidential client information or sensitive personal data during sessions. Sessions will only be recorded with your consent.
