Hi, I'm Leah. I spent 20 years at Deloitte, starting as an intern and working my way up to Managing Director across the US and Europe. Along the way, I learned what it takes to build a career, navigate important decisions, and grow into leadership roles. I've been on both sides of the table. I've interviewed and hired candidates, mentored and promoted professionals, and served on Deloitte's global executive evaluation committee, assessing senior leaders and presenting recommendations to global business leaders. I've also led international teams of 2 to 50 and a Fortune 30 global client relationship for ten years. I'm a US CPA and a Dutch Chartered Accountant (RA).
