Interview Ready 6: The Superday
About the event
The Superday is the final round. Several interviews back to back with different bankers, mixing behavioral, technical, market, and fit questions, and then everyone compares notes. This session walks the day from the first interview to the offer call. What rises through a process is the expectation of how much prep you have done, so a Superday grades how finished you sound across four to eight hours. It also runs on a view the bank has often formed before you walk in. What we'll cover: - How the day runs, and what happens when the bankers compare notes - How many Superdays to line up, and in what order - The closing question, matched to an analyst, a VP, or an MD, and a different one in every room - What never to ask, including the answer that shows you did not prepare - The thank-you note, and the detail that makes it land - Exploding offers, and what to say when one comes in Want to run the whole day once before it counts? I run a 90-minute mock interview, a full simulation and then a scorecard debrief on what broke. Book a free 15-minute intro to see if it is a good fit. Part 6 of Interview Ready, a six part run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each one stands alone, so jump in anywhere. I'm the founder of OFFERGOBLIN and ex-Centerview tech.
