What AI Means for Your Consulting Career - From a BCG Partner

Akin Oyedele spent years as a partner at BCG, and he's watched firsthand how AI is changing what junior consultants are asked to do, how staffing decisions get made, and what clients expect in half the time. This session isn't a forecast. He'll describe what's already shifted inside firms like his and what that means for the next few years of your career. In 45 minutes, expect concrete specifics: which skills are gaining value as AI absorbs more of the analytical grunt work, how that changes the path from analyst to partner, and where he thinks the biggest opportunities are for people entering now. Come with your own situation in mind. He'll speak to it directly rather than give a generic overview.
