A creative product leader with 9 years in tech at hypergrowth companies. I've been a key interviewer/hiring manager for 10+ positions, including every Product intern at ButcherBox, and mentored junior PMs. At ButcherBox, I started as a copywriter, then moved into UX research and design. I didn't possess any background in "technical" areas such as coding or data, continued to develop my customer experience and analytical skillset. In 2019, I began my Product journey. Since then, I've owned product strategy, roadmap, and execution from acquisition and retention in the early years, to shipping and delivery, customer support, and billing. Now, I'm the go-to person for high-complexity, and yes technical, projects, in the Transportation Operations department of Reformation. I've achieved so much in life thanks to the guidance and compassion of former mentors. With them, I broke into Product, refined my long-term career goals, and learned how to connect my personal and professional lives.
