The Full Application Review Package is your ultimate pre-submission check. You’re looking at that "Submit" button with a knot in your stomach, wondering if you missed something. This package is designed to kill that anxiety and make sure you’re crossing the finish line with total confidence. Think of this as a dress rehearsal before the real show. I’m putting my Adcom hat back on to review your application exactly the way I did inside the offices of HBS—finding the gaps, testing the logic, and seeing if your story sticks the landing. Here is how we’ll ensure you’re ready: 1. The Review I’ll do a full forensic sweep of your entire application. This isn't just a quick proofread; it’s a deep-dive into your essays, resume, and every single supplemental text box. If you have access to your recommendation letters, I’ll look at those too. I’m looking for consistency, impact, and that specific "spark" that makes an admissions officer say, "We need to meet this person." 2. The Feedback Report Once I’ve simulated the review experience, I’ll provide you with a comprehensive breakdown of exactly how your profile reads. No fluff—just honest, actionable suggestions on where to tighten your narrative, which bullet points need more punch, and how to fix any red flags before the school ever sees them. 3. The Strategy Debrief After you’ve had a chance to digest the feedback, we’ll hop on a 30-45 minute Zoom call. This is your time to pick my brain, ask the "what if" questions, and fine-tune your final strategy. We’ll make sure every piece of your application is working in harmony. I am a former full-time member of the MBA Admissions Board at Harvard Business School. I spent 8 years reviewing and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and marketing the school at MBA panels and conferences. I helped launch and manage the 2+2 Program (deferred admissions). I hold a B.A. from the University of Delaware. Most of my career has been spent in higher education within Career and Professional Development, Admissions, and Digital Education. Born in New Jersey (thankfully no accent remains), I now live just outside Boston with my husband and 2 teenage children. Our most recent addition to the family is our mini Bernadoodle, Java.
