A limited-capacity, architecture-first advisory engagement for discerning candidates pursuing top MBA programs. This is strategic positioning at the highest level. Every engagement is built around one objective: securing a seat in the program that maximizes your long-term career trajectory and alumni network leverage. ⸻ I. Strategic Architecture We begin with disciplined clarity. • Deep discovery and differentiation analysis • Career trajectory modeling (near and long term) • Program-type decision framework (FT, PT, EMBA) • Financial and lifestyle scenario evaluation • Development of a defensible positioning thesis The result is a coherent strategic platform that guides every school, every essay, and every conversation. ⸻ II. Portfolio Strategy Prestige without fit is noise. Fit without ambition is limitation. • Research-driven school alignment • Aspirational yet realistic portfolio construction • Cultural and leadership philosophy evaluation • Probability-weighted school selection Your portfolio is constructed deliberately, not emotionally. ⸻ III. Precision Execution Once the architecture is correct, execution becomes disciplined and efficient. • MBA resume refinement with leadership and impact framing • Recommender strategy and briefing structure • Essay architecture and structured outlines prior to drafting • Focused, high-level feedback with controlled iteration • Full cross-component application review • Final cohesion and positioning audit ⸻ IV. Interview & Decision Advisory • School-specific interview preparation • Mock interviews with actionable feedback • Scholarship and waitlist strategy guidance ⸻ Structured Engagement Model • Customized weekly project roadmap • Defined feedback timelines • Strict client capacity limits per round This is a strategic partnership, not a transactional service.

For Candidates Seeking the Right Program — Not Just an Admit While many admissions consultants focus on editing essays, I focus on building the strategic architecture that makes those essays obvious. My background spans 40 years across engineering, product management, intrapreneurial corporate leadership, successful entrepreneurial ventures, and 17 years as a Principal Consultant at a leading MBA consulting firm. I have researched the top 40 MBA programs extensively and spoken with more than 10,000 candidates. This extensive breadth gives my clients something most consultants cannot offer: A broader experiential lens through which to evaluate: • Program type (Full-time, Part-time, Executive, Full-Time Executive, Online, etc.) • Near-term and long-range career opportunities • Prestige (Brand) versus long-term network leverage Together, we build an aspirational but realistic school portfolio grounded in evidence, not mythology. I have demonstrated success in a wide range of programs. I have also been successful working with candidates from every academic background, professional path, and walk of life. Dozens of former clients have told me that when other consultants rejected them because of test scores, undergraduate GPAs, or career decisions, I gave them the confidence, framework, and tools to successfully pursue programs and careers they once believed were out of reach. My Core Value Proposition My objective is twofold: 1. Help you secure a seat in the program that best maximizes your long-term career trajectory and alumni network leverage. 2. Execute the process efficiently, because time is our most precious asset. This is a disciplined, collaborative partnership. By investing heavily in strategic positioning at the outset, we almost never require endless essay iterations. Once the framework is correct, the messaging follows naturally. While I will never write your essays or your recommendation letters, I will help you think more clearly than you have before. Additional Client Notes As this is a strategic partnership, not a transactional service, clients who have had the greatest success with me: • Have at least one official test score in hand (EA, GRE, or GMAT) before starting the process. • Set aside negative self-talk • Remain open to possibilities beyond brand mythology • Respect deadlines and my time • Commit to doing their own intellectual work • Are honest with themselves about goals and trade-offs Limited Client Capacity Because of the strategic depth, time commitment, and intellectual focus required for success, I limit my practice to a maximum of eight Strategic MBA Architecture & Advisory Partnership clients per application round. This ensures: • Thoughtful, high-quality strategic engagement • Timely feedback and responsiveness • Full immersion in each client’s positioning and career architecture Weekly Project Planning & Round Scope As part of this partnership, I create a customized weekly project plan to guide progress and maintain disciplined momentum throughout the application cycle. This plan is structured around the agreed-upon schools and target round. If a candidate chooses or needs to transition to a subsequent application round: • The decision must be discussed and mutually approved • Scope adjustments will be evaluated • Additional fees may apply depending on timing and workload Strategic continuity matters. Round transitions are not automatic extensions. No Guarantee Policy Admission to top MBA programs is highly competitive and influenced by multiple factors beyond any consultant’s control, including: • Applicant pool strength in a given round • Institutional priorities and evolving business needs • Interview performance • Recommender execution • Macroeconomic and industry dynamics For these reasons, no money-back guarantee of admission is offered. What I do guarantee is disciplined strategy, rigorous thinking, honest feedback, and a fully aligned application that reflects your strongest demonstrated value.

Today, I am dedicated to assisting professionals in not only elevating their own lives but also benefiting the world. As an admissions coach with over 15 years of tremendous success helping 1000+ traditional and non-traditional candidates - including hundreds of successful admits to M7 programs - I am uniquely qualified to help MBA candidates from all career paths and backgrounds to achieve success in their applications to Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Kellogg, MIT, Booth, Columbia, and others. My ultimate goal is to empower professionals to maximize their MBA journey, shaping meaningful, purpose-driven futures that resonate with their values and aspirations, while contributing positively to the world. However, the life journey I took to become a top MBA admissions coach helps me appreciate and respect my clients' breadth and range. Growing up in the vibrant and culturally rich environment of Chicago instilled in me the values of hard work, reliability, and the transformative power of education. From an early age, I witnessed how perseverance and learning could open doors and create opportunities. These principles guided me through my time at the University of Illinois, where I pursued a degree in materials engineering. While juggling rigorous academics, I also worked in an R&D lab to fund my education and served as director of a Presidential award-winning student-run corporation that championed community volunteerism. After graduation, I ventured to Southern California to launch a career in aerospace manufacturing and materials research. Leading a product development team deepened my fascination with business decision-making, prompting me to earn an MBA at the Merage School of Management in Irvine. This expanded my career into diverse roles, spanning aerospace product management, IT product management, rapid prototyping business development, intrapreneurship, entrepreneurship, and consulting. Along the way, I became captivated by empowering individuals to align their MBA education and future careers with their creativity and passions. I joined one of the pioneers in the MBA consulting industry and, after 17 years of success, am thrilled to be working with future business leaders at Leland!
