The MBA Interview Package is designed for the highest-stakes 30-45 minutes of the application process. Whether you’re heading into the fast-paced "deep-dive" of HBS, the collaborative Team-Based Discussion at Wharton, or the culture-focused behavioral sessions at Kellogg or Stanford, I'm going to make sure you’re ready. Having sat on the HBS Admissions Board and conducted hundreds of interviews, I’ve seen exactly how elite programs deconstruct a candidate’s profile. We’re going to pull back the curtain and put you in the hot seat so that by the time you walk into the real thing, you’ve already handled the toughest questions. Here’s the game plan: 1. The Program Intelligence Briefing Before we jump into the ring, I’ll share specialized prep tips tailored to your specific school. These aren’t generic pointers; they are insights into that school’s specific "vibe"—whether they are hunting for analytical prowess, emotional intelligence, or visionary impact. 2. The Custom Mock Interview I’ll review the appropriate application materials (depending on the specific school's process) and build a set of questions—exactly how a top-tier school does it. We’ll run a high-intensity mock that mimics the speed, tone, and questioning style of your target program. 3. The Forensic Debrief Immediately after the mock, we’ll spend 30–40 minutes deconstructing your performance. We’ll identify where you nailed the narrative and where we need to "refactor" your response to ensure your points land with maximum impact. 4. The Post-Game Report After our session, I’ll send over my formal interview notes and a summary of our discussion. You’ll have a clear roadmap of your strengths and a "hit list" of areas to work on before the big day. 5. The Reflection/Follow-up Review The interview doesn't always end when you leave the room. Whether it’s the HBS Post Interview Reflection or a simple thank-you note to a Wharton or Columbia interviewer, I’ll review your draft and provide lightning-fast feedback to ensure your final word to the committee is a winner. The Bottom Line: You’re getting a partner who has actually been "in the room where it happens." We’ll refine your approach until you’re cool, collected, and ready to turn an invite into an offer. Ready to step into the hot seat?

I am a former full-time member of the MBA Admissions Board at Harvard Business School. I spent 8 years reviewing and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and marketing the school at MBA panels and conferences. I helped launch and manage the 2+2 Program (deferred admissions). I hold a B.A. from the University of Delaware. Most of my career has been spent in higher education within Career and Professional Development, Admissions, and Digital Education. Born in New Jersey (thankfully no accent remains), I now live just outside Boston with my husband and 2 teenage children. Our most recent addition to the family is our mini Bernadoodle, Java. I love podcasts, Formula 1, and books of all kind.
