Application Audit for Master’s Programs | Materials Deep Dive
For reapplicants
This is a comprehensive, high-intensity application audit designed for candidates who have already completed their materials in a past cycle and want a rigorous, expert-level review before resubmitting. This is a deep diagnostic process focused on identifying hidden weaknesses, sharpening your narrative, and ensuring every component of your application is as compelling and competitive as possible. We will work across both live sessions and asynchronous review, allowing for an in-depth, iterative process that goes beyond surface-level edits. Across 7–10 hours of total engagement, I will review your materials with the same lens used in top graduate admissions committees, evaluating content, clarity, and overall impact. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, including leadership roles at Stanford University where I coordinated graduate programs and led diversity initiatives, I bring firsthand insight into how admissions decisions are made at the graduate level. This allows me to evaluate your application not only for quality, but for how it will be perceived in a highly competitive applicant pool. This package is specifically designed for applicants in the final stages of preparation—those who are ready to refine, strengthen, and finalize their application before submission.

With over 20 years in higher education, including 15 years at Stanford University supporting prospective and current graduate students in Electrical Engineering, the Biosciences, and the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Graduate School of Business, I bring deep experience guiding students through graduate admissions process and grad school. I work with students from diverse domestic and international backgrounds, including first-generation, DACA, and non-traditional students, and help each individual reach their full potential, regardless of their background. I also have 7+ years of experience working with high school students applying to both STEM and Humanities undergraduate programs. Students I’ve supported have gained admission to highly selective universities, including UCLA, UC Berkeley, Stanford University, Northeastern, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Swarthmore, and other competitive institutions for both undergraduate and graduate programs. Additionally, many students I’ve worked with have pursued interdisciplinary interests, and I help them demonstrate how their diverse experiences and interests fit together into a narrative that feels authentic and impactful. -- My approach is highly personalized. I ask key questions and take time to help you reflect, discover what makes you unique, and clarify your goals. I work closely with you to identify your strengths, build confidence, and present your story in a way that is both authentic and compelling. I would love to help you navigate this life-changing transition with clarity and confidence, and to present your strongest possible application.
