Most LinkedIn profiles look complete. Most of them aren’t getting you found. This checklist walks you through the exact three pillars that determine whether recruiters are landing on your profile or scrolling past it: Discoverability (how the algorithm ranks you), Positioning (what hiring managers see when they arrive), and Networking (whether your profile converts into real conversations). What’s inside: a live score tracker that updates as you work through 22 audit items, a three-tier skills grid showing exactly which keywords belong on your profile, an insight breakdown on the Featured section, banner, and contact info that most people ignore, and a Quick Wins section so you know exactly where to start if you have 30 minutes. Built from the same framework I use in my LinkedIn Launchpad coaching sessions.

A new job changes everything. How someone feels about their future, their family, their options. That's what makes this work worth doing. 2 years ago, I made the move from full-cycle recruiting into data and analytics. I'd spent five years on the hiring side, screening candidates and running behavioral interviews. Then I had to go through the process myself, sitting in high-stakes rooms, proving my value without being the obvious choice. That's where the empathy came from. Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of two young kids. Between a full-time role at JPMorganChase, building AI skills on the side, and coaching, I've learned how to make real progress when time and energy are limited. That's often the bigger challenge than the resume or LinkedIn itself. 1:1 coaching is where I do my best work. I bring both sides of my experience: the person who's reviewed resumes and made hiring decisions, and the person who had to figure out his own next move. I'm not here to take credit for your success. I'm here to give you the tools and the clarity to claim it yourself. If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to help.
