A new job changes everything. How someone feels about their future, their family, their options. That's what makes this work worth doing. 2 years ago, I made the move from full-cycle recruiting into data and analytics. I'd spent five years on the hiring side, screening candidates and running behavioral interviews. Then I had to go through the process myself, sitting in high-stakes rooms, proving my value without being the obvious choice. That's where the empathy came from. Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of two young kids.
