About
Hi, I’m Ollie, an AI Product Owner at Asana, leading AI agent and automation initiatives that improve customer support at scale. Previously, I was a Product Manager at Amazon Robotics and a founding PM at Alo7, building products across AI, developer tools, enterprise software, and consumer education. I’ve navigated career pivots, interviewed with startups and Big Tech, and invested thousands of dollars and years learning what it takes to break into competitive PM and AI PM roles. Now, I help aspiring and experienced PMs: Build a PM-ready resume and compelling career story Position themselves for PM and AI PM opportunities Prepare strategically for interviews Turn interviews into offers No generic templates-just practical, honest, and personalized guidance tailored to your background, strengths, and goals.
Ollie also coaches for Product Management, TOEFL, Break Into AI Careers, and AI Services. View all.

My journey started as a product manager leading product at an edtech startup, then working on technical product initiatives at Amazon, before landing my current AI PM role at Asana, where I build GenAI products, where I focus on building cutting-edge GenAI products. I'm passionate about sharing what I've learned and helping aspiring product managers navigate the complexities of AI-driven projects and share. Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how lonely and frustrating the PM job search can feel. After navigating my own career pivots, interviewing across startups and Big Tech, and investing thousands in coaching, I learned how much faster the right guidance can change the outcome. I want to be the mentor I wish I had—helping you clarify your PM or AI PM direction, turn your experience into a compelling story, and focus on the strategies that actually lead to interviews and offers. My goal isn’t just your next job, but a career you’re excited to grow in.
