I’m Robert, a lifelong learner with a passion for data and a heart for helping others grow. My career in analytics spans 11 years with Apple, where I’ve honed my skills in making data approachable and impactful for decision-making. But beyond my experience, I believe in building authentic connections and giving people the skills and confidence they need to excel. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of three. Our family’s faith is central to everything we do, and it's given me a deep appreciation for purposeful relationships and the value of community. I have also helped coach my kid's sports teams (soccer and basketball), so I know the importance of building trust and motivating people to reach their potential. I bring this personal approach into my coaching. I’m here to meet you where you are, help you connect with others, and make your journey to mastering analytics a supportive and fulfilling one. Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me because I’ve personally experienced how powerful it can be in shaping a career, mindset, and life. Early in my career, I was fortunate to have mentors who not only taught me the technical skills of data and analytics but also showed me how to think strategically and build meaningful connections. Their guidance helped me break through challenges, whether it was mastering complex tools or finding my own voice in a fast-paced environment. Over the years, I’ve seen how life-changing it can be to have someone believe in you, guide you, and give you the tools you need to thrive. That’s why I’m passionate about giving back through coaching. I want to be that same source of support for others, helping them overcome their own hurdles, see their strengths, and ultimately succeed.
