Description

You know what you intend as a leader. The people around you experience what you actually do. Those two things don't always line up. The LMAP 360 gives you a view of your leadership from the people who see you in action. Together, we'll make sense of the feedback, identify the one or two things most worth working on, and turn those insights into specific changes you can practice on the job. This isn't an assessment you take and file away. We'll use your results as the starting point for coaching, work on real situations you're facing, and follow up to see whether the people around you are noticing a difference. Includes: LMAP 360 assessment, a 90-minute results debrief, three 60-minute coaching sessions, and follow-up measurement of your progress.

What you'll get from this package

See how others experience your leadership - Understand where your view of your leadership lines up with what others see, and where it doesn't.

Know what to work on - Choose one or two specific behaviors to work on, then practice them in your actual work.

Find out if it's working - Follow up with colleagues to see whether they're noticing a difference.

Lead with clarity, build a stronger team, and stop carrying everything your

I have lived the transition many of my clients are navigating: moving from technical expertise into responsibility for people, priorities, and results. As a software and operations leader, I managed multidisciplinary teams, competing stakeholder demands, shifting priorities, and limited resources. My teams achieved near-perfect on-time delivery while reducing annual software costs by approximately $100,000 and significantly improving critical business processes. I learned that succeeding as a manager requires a very different set of skills from succeeding as an individual contributor, and that carrying everything yourself eventually becomes part of the problem. For more than a decade, I have taught and coached managers, executives, engineers, and emerging leaders as they build those skills. I have served as a lead executive coach for corporate programs involving organizations such as Amazon, Merck, SC Johnson, Dentsply Sirona, and Arconic. At Cornell’s Selander Center for Engineering Leadership, I lead a coaching program serving approximately 900 participants annually and coordinate more than 60 professional coaches. Across more than 2,500 coaching hours, I have helped leaders clarify priorities, communicate more effectively, navigate conflict and change, build stronger teams, and grow into roles that no longer come with a clear technical answer.
