About

Passionate about strategy, coaching, and execution. After 10 years in strategy consulting with Kearney across Europe and the GCC, Simone is a senior manager at TikTok (ByteDance), working in Strategy and Operations. Alongside his corporate role, he is a professional Leadership Coach (Co-Active), supporting individuals in navigating transitions, making important decisions, and gaining clarity. His background is in Business and Finance, with an MBA from INSEAD, and a Master and Bachelor in Finance from the University of Padua.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I want people to live a fulfilled life, a life where they feel they are at choice. A life where they have agency. Where they are leading and steering their own direction, instead of drifting like a boat carried by waves and currents.
