About

My career has always centered around people, opportunity, and helping others recognize their potential. I began my career in recruiting and talent acquisition, including experience at JPMorgan Chase, where I gained firsthand insight into how organizations identify, evaluate, and hire talent. Over the years, my career expanded into program management, business leadership, entrepreneurship, and career development—but helping people move forward professionally has remained a constant. That passion ultimately led me to career coaching and teaching. Today, I coach professionals at various stages of their careers and teach graduate students at Illinois Tech, having previously taught at DePaul University. I’ve worked with everyone from students and professionals entering the U.S. job market to experienced managers and senior leaders navigating career transitions, interviews, promotions, and competitive job searches. I understand that a career is rarely a straight line. I’ve built businesses, transitioned across industries, led nonprofit initiatives, taught in the classroom, and reinvented myself professionally along the way. Golf is also an important part of my story. As the granddaughter of pioneering professional golfer Ted Rhodes (1st African American Professional Golfer to play in US Open in the modern era - 1948) and President of the Ted Rhodes Foundation, I am proud to carry forward his legacy by creating opportunities for young golfers and supporting the next generation both on and off the course. Those experiences shape how I coach. I combine my recruiting background with practical career strategy and a genuine commitment to helping people recognize their value and tell their story. Whether you are a corporate professional, student, career changer, golfer, or someone exploring opportunities within the sports and golf industries, I bring a personalized approach to helping you determine what’s next. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing someone go from being unsure about their next step to walking into an interview—or making a career decision—with clarity and confidence. My goal is not simply to help you land your next job, but to help you become more intentional about where your career is going and how you position yourself to get there.

Tiffany’s Wealth Management Qualifications

Coaches professionally

Experience level: Vice President

I bring firsthand campus recruiting experience from JPMorgan Chase, where I worked as a Campus Recruiter supporting the Asset & Wealth Management division. I recruited undergraduate and graduate students at colleges and universities across the country for internship and full-time opportunities, giving me an inside perspective on how candidates are evaluated and what can help students stand out in a highly competitive recruiting process. Today, I use that experience to coach college and graduate students pursuing internships and full-time analyst opportunities in wealth management and financial services. I help students strengthen their resumes, prepare for behavioral and competency-based interviews, develop networking strategies, communicate their value, and confidently navigate the recruiting process. As both a career coach and graduate-level instructor, I understand how to help students translate their academics, leadership, internships, and extracurricular experiences into a compelling story that resonates with employers.

Why do I coach?

Coaching matters to me because I have seen how the right guidance, encouragement, and strategy at the right time can change the direction of someone’s career. My own career has not followed a single path—I have navigated recruiting and talent acquisition, program management, entrepreneurship, higher education, nonprofit leadership, real estate, and career coaching. Each transition has taught me the importance of recognizing transferable skills, being willing to reinvent yourself, and having people in your corner who can help you see opportunities you may not see on your own. Throughout my career, mentors, colleagues, and leaders have shared perspectives that helped me grow and make important decisions. I believe strongly in paying that forward. Whether I’m coaching a professional through a career transition, preparing someone for an important interview, or helping a graduate student enter the workforce, I enjoy helping people recognize the value they already bring to the table. What makes coaching especially meaningful to me is that sometimes one conversation can change someone's perspective. Helping a client gain clarity, rebuild confidence, tell their story more effectively, or recognize that they are qualified for an opportunity they might have otherwise overlooked is incredibly rewarding. I want every person I coach to leave our time together with greater confidence, a clear strategy, and actionable next steps.
