We'll talk it through openly, and I'll tell you what I've seen from the inside rather than giving you the firm's marketing pitch. I'm not affiliated with any firm's recruiting team, so my only goal is helping you pick the right fit.
Before we meet: Send me your offer details (firms, offices, start dates, and any deadlines) and a few lines on what you're weighing, at least 24 hours before the session. Deadlines: If you have an exploding offer, tell me when you book. I'll do my best to find a slot before your deadline. Start Strong tier: Your second session can be scheduled anytime before your start date. Response time: I typically reply to messages within 1 business day. Time zones: I'm based in New Zealand and offer early morning and evening slots that work for US and European time zones if needed.
