Your consulting resume was built to impress partners. PM hiring managers read it differently, and most consulting bullets don't survive the switch. I've made this move myself, from consultant to AI PM. This isn't a quick review where you get a list of comments and figure out the rest alone. We work on it together until it's done. How it works: Session 1: We go through your resume line by line, pick the 3 or 4 stories that show product sense, and rewrite your project work in product language: users, metrics, decisions, trade-offs Between sessions: You redraft using my notes Session 2: We polish it together and tailor it to your target roles You'll leave with a final, ready-to-send PM resume. No half-edited drafts. Best for: current or former consultants who plan to apply for PM roles soon and want their resume done right the first time.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
We work on your resume together, live, until it's finished. Before our first session, send me your current resume and 2 to 3 job posts you're excited about. In Session 1 (60 min), we go through it line by line, choose your strongest stories, and reframe your consulting work around users, metrics, and product decisions. You'll leave with clear notes on what to rewrite. Between sessions, you redraft using those notes. In Session 2 (60 min), we polish the wording and tailor it to your target roles.
Before we start: Please send your current resume and 2 to 3 job posts you're targeting at least 48 hours before Session 1. Between sessions: Send your redraft within 2 weeks of Session 1. I'll review it before Session 2 so we can spend our time on the final polish. Timeline: All sessions should be completed within 45 days of purchase. Response time: I typically reply to messages within 1 business day. Time zones: I'm based in New Zealand and offer early morning and evening slots that work for US and European time zones if needed. What I can promise: A finished, ready-to-send resume (plus your LinkedIn profile and cover letter if they're in your package). I can't guarantee interviews or offers, but you'll apply with materials that give you the best shot.
