I’m a Product Operations and AI transformation leader with 10+ years of experience building and scaling product organizations at Netflix, Google, Meta, Instacart, NBCUniversal, and Stitch Fix. I specialize in turning complexity into clarity—helping teams rethink how they build, operate, and scale in an AI-first world. As the first Product Operations hire at Stitch Fix, I built the operating frameworks that helped teams improve prioritization, decision-making, cross-functional execution, and go-to-market readiness. Today, I’m especially passionate about how AI is fundamentally changing the product development lifecycle—and why organizational design, human judgment, and strong operating models matter more than ever. I’m also a hands-on AI practitioner, using tools like Claude Code to build workflows, experiment with agents, and explore what’s possible when technology empowers people to work differently.
