I’m a Product Operations and AI transformation leader with 10+ years of experience building and scaling product organizations at Netflix, Google, Meta, Instacart, NBCUniversal, and Stitch Fix. I specialize in turning complexity into clarity—helping teams rethink how they build, operate, and scale in an AI-first world. As the first Product Operations hire at Stitch Fix, I built the operating frameworks that helped teams improve prioritization, decision-making, cross-functional execution, and go-to-market readiness. Today, I’m especially passionate about how AI is fundamentally changing the product development lifecycle—and why organizational design, human judgment, and strong operating models matter more than ever. Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe everyone deserves to feel deeply connected to their purpose—and confident in their ability to create meaningful change. Throughout my career, I’ve seen incredibly talented people struggle with self-doubt, burnout, uncertainty, and the pressure to constantly adapt. I’ve also experienced how powerful it can be when someone helps you recognize strengths you didn’t know you had. As AI reshapes our careers and organizations, I believe the most valuable thing we can invest in is ourselves—our curiosity, adaptability, judgment, and capacity to connect with others. My coaching philosophy is rooted in a simple belief: real growth happens when we combine practical skills with self-awareness, courage, and authenticity.
