I'm a senior casting and talent executive, media strategist and founder with over 20 years' experience in British television and entertainment. My credits include The Apprentice UK, Big Brother, Glow Up and BAFTA-nominated The Rap Game UK. I've spent my career discovering, interviewing and working with talent, developing a deep understanding of what broadcasters, producers and casting teams look for both on camera. I help founders, professionals, creatives and aspiring television talent prepare for media interviews, broadcast opportunities, screen tests, podcasts and on-camera appearances. From shaping your story and communicating key messages to navigating difficult questions and understanding the casting process, my coaching provides practical, personalised guidance informed by real industry experience. I'm also the founder of Incoming Group, a talent discovery app and entertainment and media business connecting talent with creative industry opportunities.

Why do I coach?
After more than two decades working in television, I know how much preparation matters when an opportunity to appear on camera comes along. I've interviewed and worked with thousands of people, from first-time television contributors to established personalities, and understand what makes someone engaging, authentic and memorable on screen. I want to make that industry knowledge more accessible, helping people approach media interviews, casting opportunities and broadcast appearances with clarity, confidence and a stronger understanding of what to expect. My approach is practical, honest and tailored to the individual, offering the kind of insight and preparation that usually happens behind the scenes.
