Media Ready is a personalised coaching session for founders, entrepreneurs and business leaders looking to strengthen their public profile and prepare for media, speaking and on-camera opportunities. With over 20 years in television casting and talent, including The Apprentice UK, Big Brother and Gordon Ramsay's The F Word, I understand what makes someone compelling on screen, how to identify a strong story and what producers and interviewers look for. As the founder of Incoming Group, I also understand the challenges of building a business and establishing yourself as a credible voice in your industry. What we'll work on: - Founder positioning & storytelling: Identify the experiences, perspectives and messages that make your story distinctive. - Media & interview preparation: Practise answering questions clearly, handling follow-ups and communicating naturally under pressure. - On-camera presence: Understand how you come across on screen and develop a more confident, authentic interview style. - Visibility & opportunity: Explore how your expertise can translate into relevant podcasts, broadcast interviews, panels and speaking opportunities. I’m a senior casting and talent executive with more than 20 years’ experience across UK television, specialising in casting strategy, auditions, screen tests, contributor preparation and talent development. My credits include The Apprentice UK, The Rap Game UK, Glow Up, Big Brother/Celebrity Big Brother, Wife Swap, Come Dine With Me, Gordon Ramsay’s The F Word and Shipwrecked. I’ve worked with talent at every stage of their careers and understand what casting teams, producers and commissioners are looking for both on screen and behind the scenes. As Founder of Incoming, I also work across talent strategy, industry partnerships and the changing relationship between talent, brands and media.
