I've spent over 12 years in commercial and leadership roles at Microsoft, Cisco, and Atlassian, leading teams across different markets and cultures. I've experienced firsthand the pressures of corporate life, the complexity of leadership, and the challenge of balancing professional success with personal fulfillment. My coaching combines practical business experience with a human-centered approach, drawing on Co-Active coaching, Gestalt, and systems thinking. Working with me is a partnership. Having led international teams at Microsoft, Cisco, and Atlassian, I understand leadership from the inside: the pressure to deliver results, the complexity of managing people, and the personal growth required to become an effective leader. Most recently, I led a European commercial organization of approximately 30 professionals and four managers, developing talent, supporting emerging leaders, and navigating organizational change. My approach combines practical leadership experience with professional coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), complemented by Gestalt- and ORSC-informed approaches. I work with new and experienced leaders who want to strengthen their confidence, develop their leadership identity, navigate difficult conversations, influence stakeholders, and build high-performing teams. My coaching goes beyond leadership techniques. Together, we explore the beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that shape how you lead, translating greater self-awareness into meaningful, sustainable change.

Why do I coach?
Throughout my career, the moments I've found most meaningful haven't always been the biggest business wins. They've been the moments when someone I've worked with discovered their potential, found the courage to make a difficult decision, or grew into a leader they hadn't yet imagined they could become. I believe people often have more wisdom, strength, and possibility within them than they realize. Sometimes what they need isn't another piece of advice, but someone who can truly listen, challenge their thinking, and help them see themselves and their situation differently. That's what drew me to coaching. For me, coaching is also about giving. Sharing what I've learned, creating space for others to grow, and contributing to someone's journey in a meaningful way. I don't believe success has to come at the expense of who we are. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping people build careers and lives that reflect both their ambitions and their values.
