Having led international teams at Microsoft, Cisco, and Atlassian, I understand leadership from the inside: the pressure to deliver results, the complexity of managing people, and the personal growth required to become an effective leader. Most recently, I led a European commercial organization of approximately 30 professionals and four managers, developing talent, supporting emerging leaders, and navigating organizational change. My approach combines practical leadership experience with professional coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), complemented by Gestalt- and ORSC-informed approaches. I work with new and experienced leaders who want to strengthen their confidence, develop their leadership identity, navigate difficult conversations, influence stakeholders, and build high-performing teams. My coaching goes beyond leadership techniques.
